We are primarily a retail operation because we specialize in limited-edition very small-batch specialty distillations (which often only result in 20-100 ml of Oud oil, for example.)
However, there are some opportunities for those who wish to buy larger quantities or engage with us in wholesale purchases or business-to-business purchases.
~ 1 ~ Up to 50% off select products from our website. We can offer discounts of up to 50% on a few specific items listed on the website when you buy a larger quantity. However, the product selection is very limited, because most of our products are very small-batch and limited edition. This option is available to all customers purchasing bulk amounts, but minimum order requirements vary from product to product.
~ 2 ~ Participate in Wholesale Purchases from our Trusted Suppliers. Wonderful products are frequently offered to us by our many trusted suppliers (who are all carefully vetted and lab-tested). When there is a lot of an especially good product available, you might be invited to participate in shared wholesale purchasing. This is for business owners only and a very short list of high-end higher-volume customers. We need to know you and have a pre-existing relationship with you before you're included on this list.
~ 3 ~ Personal Shopping. Looking for something special? Let us use our extensive network of connections in contacts in the aromatics world to find exactly what you're looking for. This can apply to small retail purchases or larger wholesale purchases, and everything in between. We have contacts for almost any aromatic product you could imagine, and more. And we are delighted to take on challenging searches for rare aromatic products. This service is available to everyone.
~ 4 ~ Customization & Co-Productions. We are happy to consider all custom distillations and specialty productions. We might be interested in custom, creating an exclusive product just for you. Or we might want to participate in the project as a co-production. Whether you're interested in producing your own special essential oil distillation, perfume, attar, or incense… we are here to help!
~ 5 ~ Consulting. Do you simply need advice from an expert on your aromatics project? Essential oil production? Specialty wholesale contacts? Product testing? Material sourcing? Perfumery? We are happy to accept consulting jobs when our expertise is the most relevant and effective for your needs. And if not, we might be able to point you in the right direction.
