Aroma Sublime remains primarily a retail operation because we specialize in limited-edition very small-batch specialty distillations, especially when it comes to Oud (agarwoood essential oil).
(for example; one in-house distillation of Oud oil often might only result in 20-100 ml of oil.)
All of our outsourced products come from verified and lab-tested artisan distillers that we have ongoing personal relationships with. Outsourced products also tend to be relatively small batch as well and we prefer to buy the entire production whenever possible in order to maintain exclusivity.
When it comes to outsourced Oud oils, we cannot possibly buy all of the exquisite product we are offered.
This creates some excellent opportunities for our exclusive Wholesale Club membership.
Mostly Oud, but not only Oud.
Our Private Wholesale Club will mainly focus on wild Oud oils,
but will also include other oils like Sandalwood, Rose oils, our famous in-house Frangipani, and more.
Membership Criteria
The intention is to keep the club small and exclusive.
Members must NOT be our direct competitors in the online Oud oil space.
Apart from that, we will consider all membership requests.

When the supply of an especially good product exceeds what we would normally purchase for our own retail operation, it is then that Private Wholesale Club members are invited to participate. We will only offer you the very best products we encounter - exactly the same products that we are investing in for our own retail operation.
